We focus primarily on supporting companies in Bulgaria and the UK. Our team has deep expertise in both markets—covering local labor laws, compliance requirements, and cultural practices. We understand the nuances of payroll, benefits, and employee relations in each country, and can adapt People strategies to the unique needs of local businesses as well as international companies operating in these regions.
At the same time, many of the general frameworks, best practices, and processes we develop can also be applied to other countries, enabling us to provide value beyond these two markets when needed.
