Obecto’s Interactive Recruitment Campaign
Obecto is a Sofia-based software company providing solutions to clients worldwide.
They needed an impactful online recruitment campaign, and with strong traffic already coming to their website, we saw it as the perfect platform to host it — supported by targeted Facebook promotion. The result was one of the most engaging landing pages we’ve ever created.
Visitors could virtually “enter” Obecto’s office and experience their unique corporate culture. They could grab a virtual slice of pizza to discover the company’s top technologies, brew a quirky beer called Programistko, and even play a game to test how many beers they could handle while still being able to code — with fun “status” messages based on their answers.
The campaign not only helped Obecto find the talent they were looking for but was so successful that they decided to keep using the landing page for future recruitment efforts.
