C3i Recruitment Campaign

C3i Healthcare Connections is a leader in life sciences business process outsourcing, offering innovative multi-channel engagement solutions.

They wanted to boost their recruitment process. We decided to change the main source of recruitment from a 3rd party websites to a separate landing page created exclusively for it. All the information about C3i, open positions and application process were available there.

Also we changed the overall concept of the brand and created new recruitment messages, focusing on their employees. The main message was “In c3i to be yourself is easy”.

The whole campaign had an amazing success, for just 35 days the recruitment process was boosted with 50% more than expected!

10 years C3i Bulgaria

One of our deeply cherished clients, C3i Bulgaria, celebrated a 10th anniversary in 2015. This of course was an occasion for Symbol Media Group and FlyEvents to organize two events – a refine cocktail night for guests and partners as well as a party for all the people working in the company. The cocktail was also attended by the international management of C3i, who also did attend the party which was hosted in Sofia Event Center (SEC). The main theme of the party was Great Gatsby.

All the reviews that came after the party were more than outstanding so we were extremely proud of the event.

C3i Christmas Party

Our clients from C3i wanted to have a more special Christmas with colleagues and to start their holidays in a memorable way.

In collaboration with them we have decided that the most suitable place to gather 450 employees would be Rainbow Plaza and the concept – the 80s, when the disco was so trendy that it was everywhere. We created mini disco balls for the event as well as two characters that invited the guests to come in next to the hostesses.

For the event there was a special choreography created and presented by Vladi Anachkov which even made some of us start dance lessons with him.
